What is the best way to use your oil?

Our oil may be used in many ways. It may be ingested, vaped, dabbed, applied topically, used in baking, or given orally though sublingual or buccal administration. We recommend that you have a doctor advise you of the best method and dosage for your specific needs.

Is your oil decarboxylated or "activated?"

Because THCA and CBDA also have many healing properties, we leave our oil partially decarboxylated. This allows those patients who want less psychoactive effects and are using our oil orally to experience the health benefits from THC, THCA, CBD, and CBDA. For patients vaping and dabbing and wanting the most "activated" THC and CBD, the THCA and CBDA will be converted to THC and CBD when you heat it.

Can I get products directly from POP Naturals?

Unfortunately, we do not provide medicine directly to patients. However, if you email us at info@popnaturals.com, we will be happy to help you locate a dispensary near you who carries our products.

What battery is compatible with your Premium Vape Cartridges?

We offer a push button battery that is compatible with our 510 thread cartridges. However, if you already have your own battery, most 510 thread push button batteries will work with our carts. We do not recommend automatic draw batteries. Although they fit, they don't allow our pure, unaltered CO2 oil to perform at its best.

How do I operate my POP Naturals cartridge and battery?

Fully charge your push-button battery. Screw on your cartridge. Push the button five times to turn it on/off. Prime the cartridge by holding the button down for 2-3 seconds before puffing. Puff on the cartridge. After 12 seconds the battery will blink and shut down. Rest the cartridge for 10-20 seconds between uses. Enjoy.

If my cartridge is not functioning properly, what can I do?

Make sure you're using a push-button battery with a 510 thread, and make sure it is fully charged. If it is blinking, verify that it is fully charged. Once fully charged, try again. If you still aren't getting a proper connection, unscrew the cartridge and battery and verify the threads on the cartridge and the threads and connector plate in the battery are clean and free of oil residue. Re-screw the cartridge into the battery. If the cartridge still isn't functioning properly, please take it back to the dispensary where you originally got it. We will be happy to replace it for you.

What do I do if the oil is stuck high on the inside walls of my cartridge?

Because our oil is pure, unaltered CO2 oil that has not been winterized/de-waxed with co-solvents, it is very thick. If the oil is stuck, you may occasionally need to warm it up in the sun or with a blow dryer. Do not store in a hot place, though. With heat, the oil becomes less viscous, so too much heat may cause it to leak.

Can I refill my POP Naturals Premium Vape Cartridge?

It is possible to refill a cartridge. However, we cannot guarantee the performance of a cartridge that has been refilled. 

How should I store my medicine for the best use?

The best way to store your POP Naturals' medicine is to keep it in a cool, dark place away from light, air, and heat.

Where are you located?

Currently, we have facilities in California and Oregon where we grow and extract locally for verified medical marijuana patients in those states only. 

I don't live in California or Oregon, so can you ship to me?

Unfortunately, the laws do not allow us to take our oil outside of the state where it was made. Hopefully, someday we will be able to provide our medicine to patients everywhere.
